terms and conditions
The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Orders for prints and canvases should be paid for online through paypal or sent by post. Orders by post should clearly indicate the name of the image/images, size, whether a print or canvas is required and whether the canvas should be framed or unframed. This should be accompanied by a cheque or postal order for the correct amonut plus postage. Verbal instructions are accepted on the basis that fine-focus Ltd will not be held responsible for any error that may arise.
fine-focus Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Work carried out, whether preliminary, experimental or otherwise, at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly.
Orders will be processed and delivered within 28 working days. Delivery will be by Royal Mail parcel service, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force or courier for orders over £12.00 in value. Orders below £12.00 in value will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded and signed for. If no one is available to sign or take the item a 'While You Were Out' card will be left. The item will then be held at the recipient's local delivery office for 3 weeks.
We make every effort to reproduce the colour of images as accurately as possible, however images on this site are intended only as a guide to printed colours, because images will vary in colour when viewed on different screens. Images on this site are shown in RGB format. Please note that canvases are printed in CMYK format so colours can vary slightly. Cropping of images may also vary slightly from that shown on this site. fine-focus will accept no liability for variation in cropping or colour of prints.
All stated print and trim sizes are nominal and fine-focus Ltd will accept no liability for minor variations in size.
A request may be cancelled after a work on a print or canvas has commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.
All images featured on this site are the copyright of Claudine Fignon and cannot be reproduced or stored under any circumstances without prior permission.
If you are creating designs/layouts for a project you may use the images on this site to fill-in for the high resolution versions.
You may not publish an image from this site without purchasing a license. This includes free sites, personal, sites, and not-for-profit sites.
Purchasing a license does not transfer the copyright. You may not sell or license images to others or distribute the images for use by others.
Any individual or business who fails to comply with the above will be prosecuted.
Errors and omissions excepted.
Security and Privacy
All customer information (addresses, e-mail etc) is kept private and is used for internal marketing purposes only. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
